Board of Directors

The Board of Directors and the Executive Director meet monthly, unless otherwise specified. Meetings are held on the third Friday of each month at 11:30am at the Auburn Chamber of Commerce Board Room. Active participation at the Board meetings and on at least on committee is expected. Frequency of attendance has to be 90%. Officers serve for the fiscal year and Directors each serve a three-year term.

The Board of Directors is fiscally responsible for the organization, sets the mission, and policies and hires the Executive Director to lead the organization and manage operations. Please note that no members of the Board of Directors are related to each other through family or business. Home addresses are given by permission of the Directors with the request that they be kept confidential. Thank you.
